Makes 1-2 servings
1/3 cup of unsweetened almond or coconut milk
2 tablespoons of flax seeds raw
3 tablespoons pecans raw chopped, may use another nut
3 tablespoons walnuts raw, may use another nut
2 tablespoons sunflower raw seeds
2 to 3 tablespoons of almond butter
Mix all ingredients in a bowl or cup.
Heat in a microwave about 50 seconds or until warm.
Serve with sliced fruit or berries of your choice.
