DirectionsPreheat oven to 350° F (176.7° C). In a medium-sized bowl, place the almond flour, baking powder, and pinch of salt and mix well. In a separate medium-sized bowl, add the pumpkin puree, cream cheese, egg, spices, stevia or monk fruit, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and molasses. Mix well. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and grease with coconut oil or cooking spray. Place 2 tablespoonsful of batter on the baking sheet. Press down a bit making them into round shapes. Bake for about 15–18 minutes until lightly browned. Yummy! |
